Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data PageVsPage (“the Service”), operated by Tornike Nizharadze (ID 01005032360), a registered individual entrepreneur in Georgia, collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We try to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Email address — provided at checkout and used to match credits to audit requests. We never send marketing email unless you opt in separately.
• URLs you submit — the two landing page URLs you enter are stored alongside the report we generate.
• Scraped page content — at submission time we fetch each URL once, extract text and metadata, and capture screenshots. This data is stored so we can render the report.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We receive a transaction ID and the email you used; we never see your card details.
• Basic request metadata — IP address and timestamps, used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

What we don’t collect

• No accounts, no passwords, no login sessions
• No third-party advertising or tracking cookies
• No cross-site user profiles

How we use it

We use your data to run the Service: generate the audit report you paid for, deliver it to the email you gave us, and keep the Service running smoothly. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers:

• Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record
• Supabase — database and screenshot storage
• Anthropic — the AI model that generates audit reports
• Vercel — web hosting and function execution

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy that applies to the data we pass through them.

Retention

Credit and transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Audit reports are kept indefinitely so your report link keeps working, unless you request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email support@pagevspage.com from the address you used at checkout. We’ll respond within a reasonable time frame.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
