Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PageVsPage (“the Service”), operated by Tornike Nizharadze (ID 01005032360), a registered individual entrepreneur in Georgia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

What the Service does

PageVsPage takes two publicly accessible landing page URLs you provide, captures their content and screenshots, and returns an automated side-by-side messaging audit scored across five dimensions: clarity, differentiation, CTA strength, social proof, and visual hierarchy. Audits are generated using an AI language model and are delivered as a web-based report.

Credits & payment

The Service is sold as one-time audit credits, priced per credit or in packs. Each credit entitles you to one completed audit. Credits are tied to the email address you provided at checkout and do not expire. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.

No subscription, no auto-renewal, no account required. Credits cannot be transferred between email addresses.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Audit pages you do not have the right to access, or pages behind authentication, paywalls, or private networks
  • Attempt to bypass our rate limits, SSRF protections, or other technical controls
  • Audit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful in the jurisdictions where we operate
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute Service output in bulk without permission

Report content & accuracy

Reports are generated by an AI model against the content we scraped at the moment you submitted the URLs. They reflect a machine-generated opinion, not professional marketing, legal, or business advice. We do not guarantee that any score, quote, or recommendation is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the URLs and pages you submit. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including the prompt, scoring rubric, UI, and code. Generated reports are licensed to you for your own use and for public sharing via the report URL we provide.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
